I’m happy to let you know that GM just announced the GM Employee Discount For Friends Program that is available to all General Motors active salaried employees and salaried retirees.
The GM Employee Discount for Friends Program now allows active salaried employees and salaried retirees to share their GM Employee Discount with two additional friends, neighbors or family members who are not already eligible for the employee discount.
The best part is that the program allows friends of a GM Employee to combine Holiday Bonus Cash with the GM Employee Discount on the purchase or lease of select 2014 vehicles or the purchase of select 2013 vehicles.
If you’re a qualified GM Employee and would like to share your GM Employee Discount with a Friend, here’s what you need to do:
- Get your friend’s date of birth and ZIP Code.
- Visit gmfamilyfirst.com, log in and choose “GM Supplier Discount for Friends” in the left-hand navigation menu to get an authorization number.
- Email the authorization number to your friend to print out and use at LaFontanie Buick GMC of Ann Arbor, LaFontaine Cadillac Buick GMC or LaFontaine Chevrolet
If you’re not a qualified GM Employee, but have a friend that is, send them a link to this article and have them share their GM Employee Discount For Friends with you today.
You won’t want to delay as GM has not announced whether or not the GM Employee Discount For Friends Program will continue in to 2014.
