On Wednesday October 8th, the LaFontaine Family completed the paperwork that finalized the purchase of Gladwin Ford located in Gladwin, Michigan.
Now that all the I’s and T’s are dotted and crossed, I’m thrilled to introduce to you the all-new LaFontaine Ford of Gladwin!
With the addition of LaFontaine Ford of Gladwin to our family of dealerships, the LaFontaine Automotive Group now includes 20 franchises in 13 Michigan locations.
John Berghoefer, General Manager of LaFontaine Ford of Lansing will also take on the duties of overseeing the operations of LaFontaine Ford of Gladwin.
The two Ford dealerships plan on working closely together to ensure that the customers of both stores have access to the entire Ford lineup of cars, trucks and SUV’s.

We have many long time customers and friends in northern Michigan. Finally having a facility and staff there will make an already great business even better for our customers.
