LaFontaine Automotive Group Continues St. Clair Expansion with Acquisition of Bill MacDonald Ford

October 4^th, 2022 – LaFontaine Automotive Group, the largest family-owned dealer group in Michigan, today announced it has acquired Bill MacDonald Ford in St. Clair, Michigan. This is the fifth Ford dealership as part of LaFontaine Automotive Group and comes on the heals of the Keller Ford acquisition in Grand Rapids in late August and the Group’s acquisition of St. Clair Chevrolet Buick GMC in the fall of 2021.

Following the closing, the dealership will be renamed LaFontaine Ford St. Clair. Ryan LaFontaine will be the dealer operator. The dealership is nearly 20,000 sq. ft. and is located at 1200 S Carney Dr, St Clair, MI 48079.
