This past week, LaFontaine Automotive Group set out to Midland, Michigan to attend Northwood University’s Fall Career Expo for NU students and alumni. LaFontaine attended with a focus on providing opportunities for employment and positions within the upcoming LaFontaine Summer Internship Program in May of 2020. There were many familiar faces and eager individuals that made sure to stop by for a handshake and interview.
This past summer we had 20 amazing individuals join us for our 3rd Annual LaFontaine Summer Internship Program. It was an incredible summer of learning and developing. Each year, it gets better and better, incorporating feedback from our interns, mentors and bosses! We hope to see our interns come back for a second year or even join our team by becoming an employee at one of our 17 retail locations throughout Michigan.
It is LaFontaine Automotive Group’s mission is to build lifelong relationships, connect families, strengthen communities and personalize the automotive experience. By attending these career expos each spring and fall, we aim to represent our mission and find unique individuals that relate to our core values; Accountability, Communication, Passion, Respect and Teamwork.
