For the third year now, LaFontaine Subaru is honored to have been named to the prestigious list of the 2021 Automotive News Best Dealerships to Work For.
This is the tenth year that Automotive News has partnered with Best Companies Group to identify dealerships in the U.S. that have excelled in creating great places to work. The program measures workplace satisfaction, talent retention and excellent care of employees through a confidential survey of employers and employees.
The survey consisted of two parts:
- Part I – Employer Benefits & Policies Questionnaire: The employer completes an online survey, detailing dealership policies, practices, benefits and demographics.
- Part II – Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey: Employees complete an online survey of in-depth statements using a scale of 5 points ranging from “Agree Strongly” to “Disagree Strongly.”
The results are analyzed and categorized according to 8 core focus areas: Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communication, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training, Development and Resources, Pay and Benefits, and Overall Engagement.
