Your Letters Make Us Smile at LaFontaine Volkswagen

Before review functionality on websites like DealerRater, Google Plus and Cars.com were around, if a customer wanted to let a dealership know about their experience, they would most often write a letter to the Owner, General Manager, Sales Manager and/or Service Manager of the store.

In today’s age of text messaging, email and social media – communicating with another person or business is fairly easy and instant. And that’s how we recieve the vast majority of our messages from our customers.

Having these open channels of communication is an amazing thing as we get to understand exactly how we are performing as a dealership or automotive group in real-time.

However every once in a while, one of our guests will go out of their way to write or type us a letter and send it in the old fashioned way, via snail-mail.

Needless to say our own Tom Koslowski and the entire team at LaFontaine Volkswagen of Dearborn was thrilled when a letter from Lamar Golden recently arrived at the store (read the entire letter here).
